Audrey Lai is a writer from Hong Kong, currently based in London.

 

She graduated from the London Film School, where she received her Masters in Screenwriting. During her time there, she worked on various projects as a writer and a part of production crews.

A visual-led storyteller with a passion for tales with heart, Audrey enjoys working on observational melodramas and psychological dramas. From quiet moments to intriguing plots, Audrey's stories come to life through its striking images and snappy scenes.

With a multilingual background and experience in the fields of social media and public relations, Audrey is versatile in different forms of communication and content creation. She has previously worked as a freelance features editor for Collective Unconscious.

She is currently working as the Communications and PR Coordinator at UK Screen Alliance and Animation UK, script-editing on the side and writing various short stories on love.
